Frank Slootman is the Chairman of the Board and former CEO of Snowflake, where he served as CEO from 2019 until 2024. He previously served as CEO of ServiceNow from 2011, leading it through its 2012 IPO, and before that was CEO of Data Domain, which he took public in 2007 and which was later acquired by EMC. He has also served as President of EMC’s Backup Recovery Systems Division and has recently joined Nscale’s Board of Directors as an independent director.
